1. When you register as a member of RECHARGE AND GET PAID LTD, you are given back 20% of your registration package.

2. Whenever you recharge your phone with airtime in RAGP, you are given back 2% of your airtime worth. 

3.Whenever you buy DATA in RAGP, you are given back 10% of your DATA worth. 

4. Whenever you Subscribe CABLE TV, you are given back #40 of your subscription worth.

5. Whenever you introduce your friends and families to RAGP business, you are given 20% on each registration package.

6. Whenever your Referrals( those you introduce) introduce their own friends and families ,you are given 10% to 1% which is dependent on the level of the referer.

Give them free, they think it's a trap. 

Tell them it's a small investment, they'll say can't earn much.

(Poor People) They do have something's in common: They love to ask google, listen to friends who are as hopeless as them, they think more than a university professor and do less than a blind man.

Just ask them, what can they do. They won't be able to answer you.

Instead of your heart to beats faster, why not you just act faster a bit; instead of just thinking about it... why not do something about it. Poor people fail because on common behaviour: Their Whole Life is About Waiting and Hoping."

BECOMING A RECRUITING MACHINE

7 STEPS TO BECOMING A RECRUITING MACHINE IN NETWORK MARKETING 

 1. MAKE A DECISION:

Make a decision to get connected to people in a more impactful way. Decide that success in your business is bigger than your fears, make this a priority.

2. DEVELOP A RECRUITING MINDSET:

You have an opportunity you can share with people, don't be apologetic about it. Don't say things like "am sorry to bother you... "  rather give then the opportunity to get into the business by themselves. Approach your clients with the view that you have a SOLUTION  to their problems. 

3. COLLECT FRIENDS:

Build relationship with the world not just prospects, thereby you build TRUST. Find a way to convert the people you meet everyday into friends. When you meet them, start by presenting the opportunity this way... "I want to show you something that will help you build your DREAMS ".

4. POSITIVE DAILY HABITS:

Develop positive daily habits to make sure that you add atleast two new friends to your network list everyday.  Do things that will help you become a PROLIFIC  RECRUITER.  show your products /services to people everyday. Continue to develop yourself and expand your vision. Be a slave to your habits, that will put you in the direction of your dreams. 

 5. ALWAYS  BE PREPARED:

Always have your work tools handy. A successful prolific recruiting machine always have products samples to share to everyone. They have their stuff always ready to share with everybody they meet. Make sure you are prepared with every tool you need to present your business opportunity all the time. 

Learn to tell your stories because people remember stories. Stories to tell include:

OVERCOMING OBJECTIONS

 


As a network marketer one of the biggest challenges you’ll have to face is overcoming objections.

Now to do this, we first need to look at human psychology.

The way our brains are wired is to keep us feeling safe, comfortable and in the known instead of the unknown.

That’s why it can be so hard to change a habit. Whether it’s a bad habit or not, we get comfortable doing the same things every day that when we try to do something different our brains naturally resist.

What does this have to do with Network Marketing?🤔

Because when you hear objections from your prospects, it’s cause what you’re offering them is something new that’s unfamiliar with them. So their natural instinct is to make up an excuse so they stay where they are at.

Now when you hear an objection you need to first understand - is this an objection or a complaint? 

Great salespeople know the difference and if you too want to become great at sales you should know too‼️

More often than not those “objections” are nothing more than complaints. For example - if your prospect says “ that costs too much money”, is that an objection or a complaint? 

The untrained person would say that was an objection and lose that sale right there. But really, that’s just a complaint. And the best way to handle a complaint is to agree with your prospect and move forward.

That’s the first rule of sales - ALWAYS AGREE with your prospect! 

This whole process of CLOSING and handling complaints is the main thing you should focus on with your business. Once you understand how to handle those complaints properly, then every time to hear that complaint you know exactly what to say and you can make the sale like clockwork. They say this, you say this, sale is made. 

Take every complaint and every “No” as a learning experience. This is a MUST! Don’t let your emotions get in the way, know that every conversation you have and every time you hear an “objection”, you’re doing more than 95% of the population. Keep moving forward and you’ll end up being very successful

NETWORK MARKETING


Network Marketing is not PERFECT, but it is a BETTER way. Some people call it REFERRAL BUSINESS, Some call it MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING, Some call it WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISEMENT and it is also referred to as DIRECT SELLING BUSINESS, it all depends on which one suit your personality. All the above names are right and correct in whatever Context your Discussion and Focus may be.


Network Marketing:

1. Is not a _Get Rich Quick Scheme

2. Is not same as Ponzi Scheme.

3. Is not same as Pyramid Scheme.

4. Does not operate as the traditional business model.

It is a business that involves LEVERAGE of Hard Work and Smart Work. Every Network Marketing Company MUST have a Product or Service it offers to solve a problem for a customer in exchange for money. I always counsel folks to run for their lives, whenever any business opportunity is presented to them without product or service that can provide solutions to problems.

In my opinion, everybody can do Network Marketing business as long as you can communicate. Why did I say so? 

1. If you ever told someone about the tailor that made your dress  that was network marketing. Your tailor ended having another customer without paying you a dime.

2. If you ever told your friend about the network providers between MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, 9MOBILE etc as network your enjoy best and your friend ended switching, that was network marketing that earned you nothing.

3. If you ever recommended your saloon where you cut your hair or dress your hair, that was network marketing.

4. If you ever recommended a shop, boutique, mall, fashion hub, eatery etc to your friend, that was network marketing.

5. If you ever recommended your mechanic to someone, that was network marketing. 

6. If for any reason, you ever recommended anything to someone or friend, that you used and still use, that is network marketing. 

7. If you have ever invited someone to your "Church" or "Mosque" place of worship or to an event, that was network marketing.

From all these examples/instances, you will agree with me that, everyone does network marketing either directly or indirectly, either consciously or unconsciously. I'm always surprise whenever I see folks turn down network marketing opportunities that could change their financial status, without any tangible reason, even when they are struggling with their finances. 

We all network, the only difference is, the ability to learn and become a professional. You can only be a professional be learning before you earn good residual income. Network Marketing is not Perfect, but, it is a better way.
